  • Online sessions are available across India and internationally.​

  • In-person sessions are available in New Delhi.

  • Each session is 60 minutes long. Session frequency (weekly or bi-weekly) is decided collaboratively, based on your needs and therapeutic goals.

  • Therapy is provided by an RCI-licensed Clinical Psychologist.
